This Privacy Policy aims to inform you how “Smartad” Ltd. (“the Controller”) processes personal data in connection with the use of the website https://omnichannel.bg, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act, and applicable Bulgarian legislation.
