Retail traffic analytics

Number of people, time spent and monitoring the maximum number of visitors

Number of people, time spent and monitoring the maximum number of visitors

The key to understanding the behavior of customers in the store is in the latest technology for counting and tracking the movement of people in stores. Precise system allows the use of counting lines and analytical areas in retail outlets.

Calculate:

  • the number of people entering the store;
  • what part they make a purchase;
  • "cold" and "hot" points in the site are determined, in which more people stay;
  • a complete analysis of the client's "path" is made;
  • queues are automatically detected, measured and "queue time" is determined.

Large area counting and tracking

The ability to connect different sensors in a multi-sensor environment makes it possible to monitor the number of people and their subsequent movement in large areas. Using a simple configuration, we connect together to create a 3D sensor and the covered area is displayed in a continuous image. This facilitates the precise counting of people at wide entrance and exit doors, when one sensor cannot cover the entire area.

Customer journey

Customer journey

Physical stores have the difficult task of competing with online stores, which easily learn the habits and interests of their customers. That's why it's important for physical stores to have a traffic tracking system. The data from the real-time analysis systems in the store offer information about the behavioral habits and the movement of the customers. This allows to understand how customers navigate in a store and on this basis to make adequate changes in the environment, leading to higher sales.

The single solution that we at OmniChannel offer gives you a significant advantage over the others:

  • You know how many people enter the store and how many leave it; how many of those who entered make a purchase.
  • You know exactly how many customers you have - the system recognizes and excludes from the statistics the personnel and security guards.
  • You also receive data on how many of the people passing by the site go inside.
  • Once you know what the busy hours are on site, you can optimize staff performance.
  • If you are planning to open a store, with our system you can check how popular a location is and how many people pass by.
  • Beyond traditional shops and sites - our cameras measure the flow of people around the entire stand / site, no matter how big it is. If the site is of the pavilion type, our system can be moved with it.
  • Counting and tracking larger areas by connecting different sensors in a multisensor environment. This facilitates the precise counting of people at wide entrance and exit doors, where one sensor cannot cover the entire area.
  • In addition to retail, our solutions can also be used in customer service offices at airports and train stations, hotels and entertainment venues.

Changing the environment - the big advantage that OmniChannel gives you

Changing the environment - the big advantage that OmniChannel gives you

Combining data from the sensors for the load of the zones, residence time, direction of movement, sex, age, emotion - we come to specific proposals for change in the environment, which affect the five senses: sight, smell, hearing, taste and touch.

The changes can be in some of the following elements:

  • lighting - intensity and temperature of light;

  • screen content;

  • others, such as: aroma, music, food and beverages in the site or office, temperature, humidity, air quality.

On the other hand, the transfer of the interaction to the mobile device allows to continue the user path from OnLineOffline and vice versa, for example: a customer visits the site through the phone, goes to the store -> scans the screen code, views the phone content - this gives information to the store owner that the visitor was looking at a red dress on the site and is now in the store looking at red shoes.
